On Saturday morning, fire department members were dispatched to a report of a fire outside the home. Upon arriving on scene, Car 666, found a small outside the home extending to the home. Crews of 661 and 664 rapidly extinguished the fire and overhauled the area with no further damage to the home. Crews of 663 and 662 were also on scene to assist with overhaul and ventilation operations.

Later in the afternoon, the BFD was dispatched to a possible structure fire in Glenwild Lake, while also being dispatched to a report of fire outside a home on Main Street. Upon arrival in Glenwild Lake, Car 667, reported that it was not a fire and had been a resident starting his/her fireplace. Units were routed to the Main Street call were meaures were taking by the crew of 661 to extinguish the Fire.
